Micromoulding requires 100% inspection to ensure quality.  The size of the components typically means that inspection is impossible with the naked eye and automated machine vision techniques are crucial. We use high resolution 2D and traversing single-camera systems for 3D assessment of micro-scale products and surface details during the manufacturing process.

Robotic handling systems make our processes reliable and more easily transported to the next stages for quality assessment and packaging. We have  Class 7 certified clean room manufacturing environments so the process and products are free from contamination and our regular work with healthcare clients means we are well practiced in meeting procedural industry standards for manufacture of medical equipment.
