Micro and nano-scale plastic components have a huge range of applications in a variety of industries, such as healthcare and automotives.

Within these industries we supply services to the entire supply chain - materials manufacturers, machine manufacturers, and equipment suppliers (OEMs).

We have worked with both new and established companies and with small to large multi-national Corporations.

Examples of technologies we have developed include micro surgical implants, tools for keyhole surgery, and automotive components.

One example is materials and process development for the manufacture of a novel dental device.  We worked closely with the customer to produce a new processing route which has now reached the marketplace and is selling in a number of countries worldwide.
